“Expedia reserved a non existent room style. Hampton Inn upgraded us to make it work. We had to call for bedding for pull out couch. Breakfast was disappointing. Items were cold or gone. Not being refilled. Room was clean. Alex at front desk was extremely helpful.”

“My room was extremely clean and although the refrigerator in my room did not have a little freezer in it for my cooler ice packs, I was able to bring them to the front desk and they stored them in the staffs freezer”
