Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. “It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.”

“Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.”

“I didn’t like some body smoking pot right below my window in the middle of the night and didn’t like the front desk coming in saying she lost her key to look around that needs to stop”

“The place was absolutely disgusting. There were a bunch of leftover hairs from some blonde lady nestled in all of the coffee ingredients stationed on the sink. I brought that up to the staff immediately, and it took three days to clean it. The shower hose was blowing water all over the bathroom and that took a couple of days to repair. Their breakfast was horrible and instead of bagels or muffins, they had leftover, stale hot dog buns for breakfast. I was there for a week-long training……
