“Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there.”

“This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!”

“We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand……

“I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. ”

“This is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. There were smears on the walls, trash and debris underneath the sink/counter, the air/heat didn’t work, window didn’t lock, unprofessionally hand written signs taped to all the things out of order and staff looked like they just came off the street corner. Also my deposit was not refunded until after I called to inquire about it. The whole place and its staff are sketchy!”
