“The motel is the most dirty and most expensive one in my self-driving traveling history. Used toilet paper is floating in the toilet.the floor is covered by dirty oils.Service is very bad.Receptionist is impolite.”

“Ran into a slew of problems. Firstly, didn’t get the room we ordered without explanation. It was implied we got a different room than what we paid for because of renovations, but the front desk seemed doubtful we even had a room in the first place. There was no offer of a discount or any kind of compensation for the room switch up (paid for a single queen bed and got two full sized instead). There was construction going on (to the point where I wondered why they didn’t just temporarily close……
