"The property is in a neighborhood and the house directly behind it has a rooster and chicken. The rooster crows all night long and this sets off the dogs in the neighborhood. The mattress was old and my husband and I constantly rolled into the center. We didn’t get any sleep the entire time we were there. The lights in the kitchen were burned out. We had to cook by flashlight. We were not happy with this property."

"The house was lovely, comfortable and well stocked. There is road noise, but that just means you can hop on the freeway to some amazing hikes and be there in 15 minutes. We especially enjoyed Drury-Chaney trail. My teens loved the swimming hole right down the hill where they jumped off rocks and swung on a rope swing."

"We were only here for one night and the weather was too chilly to take a dip in the pool. Parking was close to the guest house/pool. Nicely decorated but it’s small. Fortunately lots of outdoor space! Bed was very comfortable. Nice towels and many toiletries provided. Perfect location if you are looking to tour the Redwoods. Two things that kept me from giving 5 star rating were: there was old coffee(how old?) in the pot and the refrigerator is located outside of the unit and it wasn’t clean."
