“We had a very nice stay, the place was comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We only wish we would’ve had more time! And bonus it came with a parking spot. We hope to come back again!”

“Exactly as described!”

“Loved the condo and location.”

“Perfect location, clean and everything you need. Easy to get to train to go to Wrigley Field and anywhere in Chicago. Train is literally right behind the apartment but did not bother us. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and we were able to find parking for free on the street in front. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place great location and great communication from the owners!”

“A few issues with the washing machine and the bedroom TVs but we were only there for one night. We were given a number to call for problems and if we had stayed longer, we would've called. Other than that- clean, spacious, and great location!”

“Great location and excellent property. ”

“Great location. Very clean and well appointed condo. Convenient parking. Host was very accommodating and great to work with.”

“This place was wonderful. It was right across the street from the field. We went for the Savannah Bananas game, and we could watch the players leaving the stadium right from our front window. We were able to go across the street and grab autographs from them. Our mom is ill, and wanted us to go so badly and find one of the players to give him a gift. We were able to because we were so close to everything and caught him right after the game. We also got to watch them return to the field the next……

“The place is around the corner from the Wrigley field , close to red line train transportation if you don’t want to rent a car, the place does offer a parking space if you need it. There was great communication, fast response time . Would definitely recommend this place”

“Wonderful”

“We chose this property for its size (4 bedrooms) and location (Wrigleyville) as we wanted to do some holiday activities in the area. The host had great communication regarding policies, procedures, check-in/out, etc. We were pretty disappointed, though, that the fireplace didn’t work despite it being listed in the property description. We were there on a very snowy weekend and a fireplace would have been a nice touch. Beyond that, you should know that you need to run the shower for a very, very……

“Great place ,!!!perfect for us and the Family .Impressed with the well stock condo from paper towels to all the bathroom necessities-and even coffee..Place was perfect for 8 of us with 2 kids .walking distance to the grocery ,and very close to our Wedding venue.Just be cautious with Parking -Catalytic converter was stolen from a relative’s car park in the front .But otherwise we had such a perfect week-end.Thank you for letting us stay in your place”

“We had a wonderful stay location was perfect in every way however we did not know about the stairs bringing up luggage. Thank you”

“Separate rooms for everyone. Multiple bathrooms. Kitchen had lots of appliances with glassware, dishes, silverware and pots/pans”

“Overall was an okay property. The dishes in the kitchen had bits of old food crusted to them from the previous guests, which was gross. We had to wash everything before we could use it. The master bath had several lightbulbs out and the sinks smelled like sewage when we used them. The downstairs bathroom had exposed pipes that were corroded. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the red line was excellent but the L was right behind the building and kept some members of our group up at……

“Place was as advertised. Back bedroom smelled like cat has lived there before. Water filter on fridge needs to be replaced. Needs some tv’s in bedroom. Overall stay was good need some updated furtinure and beds.”

“Great location, great communication with host.”

“This place is beautiful, conveniently located on a quiet street with ample street parking, and very well-appointed. There are clear directions for the use of the unit and Thomas and Cynthia are extremely responsive.”

“Fantastic apartment, great location! Owner was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the ease of check-in, amenities, and comfort of the space. We loved our stay!”
