“好”

“The hygiene was terrible, and the pillows smelled strongly of bleach, which made it very difficult for me to sleep all night!”

“再電梯附近的房間會有點吵”

“Great place, location, and bar on site”

“The entire hotel needs a total redo (not just paint). The drapery pulls don't work, no fan in the bathroom, all wood in nicked... on and on, no headboard, patches on most things. They need to totally gut each room. The photos on the website are from about 20 years ago. It's now a Hyatt, so things should improve. The staff was great!!! front desk, restaurants, coffee shop, house keeping, all 5 stars.”

“Positives: Nice location, friendly staff. Downside: No room service Odd fact: Breakfast was a bowl of Froot loops and M&Ms.”

“the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway”

“基本上都很好，但沒有特別令人驚艷的地方。”

“Great”

“When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。”

“I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”
