"It was alright. I was really looking forward to this hotel in our 7 day trip around northern Spain and basque but unfortunately it didn’t deliver. It was alright but I specifically booked it as it was a hotel and spa. What I didn’t understand when booking was that you had to pay additional to use the spa. And it was per person. My wife and I love spas. We got to the hotel for 4pm to take full advantage and use of the spa as the weather was not so nice. However, the spa was €30 per person...

"definitely not a 4 stars hotel.no enought people working at same time.i been waiting 15 min to do the check in at 9 pm.beside that staff was rwally helpfull and nice. No usb outlets to charge cellphone and no hair conditioner."

"This is a lovely rural hotel, great rooms, nice roof fan as opposed to air con, the owners are very responsive and communications worked really well. Breakfast was fabulous, access and parking very good. "
