“The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles.……

“In February we stayed here in a Delux Room called Toubkal. A lovely large room with dual aspect views of mountains. We returned in September 2026 and booked another DELUXE room. This room was not at all DELUXE! It was half the size and very shabby looking. Tired decor, mouldy curtains on balcony, ripped tablecloth, cracked masonry, poor quality floor tiles all in desperate need of renovation. An awful room name door plate 'Tachbart' made of a plastic sleeve with white printer paper inside,……

“The room wasn’t ready at the checking time. The mold was everywhere in the bathroom. No AC in the room, WiFI signal is extremely weak that TV goes off due to the lack of signal, closet shelves are broken, no table or desks where you can put your clothes, no shampoo and soap in the shower. An awful smell all over the room especially the bathroom. No welcoming staff. Coffee mashing was pouring water.”
