“We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Hotel overall. The property is new and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Hashem and Mrs. Nasiba Yaacoub for their outstanding hospitality. However, we would like to highlight that the cleanliness did not fully meet our expectations, as we experienced some issues with the cleaning service during our stay. Aside from this point, everything else was very good, and we truly appreciated the friendly……

“Çok yeni bir otel, dolayısıyla da henüz oturmamış kısımlar mevcut. Özellikle odanın ısıtması bulunmuyor, otel de aynı... Restoran çok soğuktu, benim odam da öyle... ısıtıcı sağlanabiliyormuş ancak bana teknik ekip bu bilgiyi vermedi ve odayı ısòtmanın mümkün olmadığını iletti. Sicak su var ancak basınç çok düşük. Bunun dışında lokasyon iyi. Restoran gayet güzel ve yemekler çok lezzetli. Spa henüz açılmamıştı, sauna ve buhar odası aşırı küçük ve dolap bulunmuyor. Yanınızda değerli bir eşya……

“Food is not recommended. Would eat outside. It’s tasty but it is getting delivered. Lots of noise in the hall one night until 4am. Hygiene could be better. On arrival spoiled food in the fridge Personel very friendly and helpful”
