The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! We stayed five nights in Aria’s La Traviata Villa. It was a great apartment-style accommodation with two bathrooms and two private mini-pools/hot tubs. One was inside the primary bathroom area and the other was up an outdoor flight of stairs in a private balcony area, which was superb. Clear views of Fira and the caldera. We took our breakfast there everyday, and decided to keep the pool water cool as it was a hot time of year. The only drawback to the accommodation was that the second bed was a sofa bed and was a little short for my tall son and not totally sturdy. Other than that everything was perfect. Stacy’s communication and assistance was fantastic and appreciated. The two gentleman who brought our luggage the long way from the parking area and who brought our breakfast everyday were awesome as well. The local is literally steps from the main part of Fira but when you’re in you Villa you’re a world away. Worth every penny.

This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!
