"Cons: There was no air conditioning, so the room was hot in the summer. The curtains didn't block all the light, so the room got bright early in the morning. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice. Pros: The room was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free."

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Communication with the property owner was easy, and they were very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Each apartment has its own washing machine, and laundry detergent is provided, which was very convenient. The apartment has two bedrooms and is located close to public transportation. "This is the most affordable 5* in the center of Vienna. It is extremely well located - it is a block from the main opera house and very close to the Theater an der Wien. We stayed there in 2013, and again in May and June, 2026. It will be our "go to" hotel in Vienna. There were a few minor annoyances (rough towels, late dining in the bar required using a QR code, and had loud music, cheap furniture) - all minor issues."

"Quirky hotel right across the road from Vienna's main train station, a short walk from the Belvedere palace. The rooms were clean and functional despite (because of?) the "moon" design and theming. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was wonderful."

"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."
