“Mostly a very good experience. The property is physically very close to the Innere Stadt with very easy tram/subway connections that can have you at Stephansplatz in under 15 minutes. That said, it is located in a very quiet residential area with limited food/drink/nightlife options immediately adjacent. (If you’re looking for “close to city, but quiet,” this is ideal). Communication with host was good, and the check-in package of info was excellent. (It’s not a hotel… no staff on site). ……

“房間很大，清潔整齊，交通方便，電車站就在附近。樓下就有2間麵包店，方便買早餐，附近也有兩間超市，方便買日用品。廚房用具齊全，有洗衣乾衣机，也有熨斗。最可惜是沒有冷氣，只有風扇，雖然晚上氣温没有那麼熱，仍可接受，但開窗的話，有很多很多昆蟲飛入屋，我住2樓，面對着馬路，實在很嘈，很難入睡，關窗又很熱啊! 可能冬天入住較為適合。”

"An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel features a stylish, trendy design and feels very modern. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and filled with great natural light. "Typical ibis hotel room, but this one is a bit old-fashioned, basically the room is not the stylish type, and there was no kettle. When we checked in, the waste water tube of the shower was stuck, luckily the maintenance staff came to fix it. Breakfast selection was nice, hotel staff was very helpful, but just the room and the facilities were a bit below our expectation."
