“櫃檯服務只有八點到下午三點，所以這個時 間以外進來的話就比較麻煩要先跟他聯絡其他的都還覺得不錯，房間很大有兩個窗戶對外嗯地點很方便搭公車地鐵跟Obb火車都方便”

“Mostly a very good experience. The property is physically very close to the Innere Stadt with very easy tram/subway connections that can have you at Stephansplatz in under 15 minutes. That said, it is located in a very quiet residential area with limited food/drink/nightlife options immediately adjacent. (If you’re looking for “close to city, but quiet,” this is ideal). Communication with host was good, and the check-in package of info was excellent. (It’s not a hotel… no staff on site). ……

“房間很大，清潔整齊，交通方便，電車站就在附近。樓下就有2間麵包店，方便買早餐，附近也有兩間超市，方便買日用品。廚房用具齊全，有洗衣乾 衣机，也有熨斗。最可惜是沒有冷氣，只有風扇，雖然晚上氣温没有那麼熱，仍可接受，但開窗的話，有很多很多昆蟲飛入屋，我住2樓，面對着馬路，實在很嘈，很難入睡，關窗又很熱啊! 可能冬天入住較為適合。”

“Neue, saubere Apartments mit guter Ausstattung und sehr guter Verkehrsverbindung. Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan. Busse, Straßenbahn und S Bahn gleich gegenüber. Klimaanlage ist aber nur eine zentrale Temperatur Regulierung, es wird also nicht besonders kühl. Es gibt nur eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller zur Gemeinschaftsbenutzung. Waschmittel muss man selbst besorgen.”

“A truly wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning and exceptionally clean, featuring spacious rooms with a very comfortable mattress. A huge thank you for the completely unexpected birthday cake surprise—it was a truly lovely touch! The only minor area for improvement is the pillows, which lacked sufficient support. Overall, a fantastic experience.”

"An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel features a stylish, trendy design and feels very modern. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and filled with great natural light. It even comes with a small kitchenette, which is perfect for simple cooking. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Located in a school district, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!"
