"The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich."

"We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. It was a brief stay as we needed one nite before flying home. Dorint was the perfect choice. The shuttle from the airport made the difference in my decision. Staff was wonderfulz I want to acknowledge Ms. “Cha Cha” Pan at the bar and restaurant section. She was great, professional and friendly. It was slow when we sat down but filled up pretty quickly and she handled the entire section with grace and ease. We had a cheese platter and the yummy wine she recommended. The ambiance was cozy and nice. I Highly recommend this hotel for your travel needs! "

"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel. "
