"We had 3 families with us and were worried that we’d be stepping on each other’s toes- we were wrong! The house is so spacious… plenty of room for the kids to run around and play while the adults worked in the bar area (the WiFi was fast!) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed 16 people without having to run the dishwasher after every meal. My personalfav was the radiant heated floors in the den! Such a cozy place to gather and watch a movie or use it to dry our gloves, jackets, shoes! The house is conveniently located in Northstar village and the shuttle service made it so easy for our families to come and go! It was truly the perfect place to getaway during spring break - we’ll be back! Thank you Lisa! "

"Great room very nice place."

"We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit on the second floor. While the location is great, our experience was significantly impacted by persistent noise from the unit above. Throughout the day and continuing until around 10pm each night for everyday, there was constant loud running and jumping from children upstairs, creating repeated thumping sounds that were hard to ignore. It made it difficult to relax, especially in the evenings when we were trying to wind down. For a property at this price point and brand standard, better sound insulation or clearer quiet-hour enforcement would be expected. Another surprising aspect was the checkout guidelines related to housekeeping. Guests were asked to run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and gather linens. While the message mentioned these were optional, it is quite unusual to see this kind of expectation at a Hyatt property. In our case, there was a large amount of trash with no practical way to dispose of it, as the bins downstairs were too small and assistance was not clearly provided. While it was stated that these steps were optional, sending such instructions to guests does create an expectation that they should be followed. This felt inconsistent with a hotel stay, where housekeeping is typically part of the service rather than something guests are implicitly asked to take on. Overall, while the setting is nice, the inconsistency in service expectations combined with the ongoing noise made the stay less comfortable than expected. "

"The location of this condo is spot on. Everything. was easily assessable. Parking was a plus. It's a partially covered garage so that was nice. The unit was clean. Washer and dryer are in the unit . I didn't think I would need them but it turned out that I needed the dryer to dry clothing. The host was responsive when contacted. I would stay at the unit again."

"When we booked this property we were excited because we are a family of 13 and this home slept 15Our only worry was only 2 bathrooms. As it turned out this was not a problem at all and the whole trip was a big success We look forward to staying here again.The Fremdling family "

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."

"In spring conditions this wasn't really a ski-in-ski-out stay. The snow did not reach the condo. The space was quite cramped and worn. The mattress on the pull out couch would only be suitable for a child as it was very worn and sagging. It was also quite dirty. The rec center, a short drive away, had no facilities available other than a workout room and arcade, i.e. no hot tub or pool. Would have been fine for non picky family in excellent ski conditions. "
