“Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat.
We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch.
Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed.
Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.”

“We enjoyed our time here! We spent time kayaking and paddle boarding, as well as relaxing on the balcony of our houseboat. We would definitely come back again!”

“I feel that the kitchen and cottage ammentites were sub par to par. Surprised that traveling guests are expected to bring, paper plates, paper towels/ napkins, salt/pepper, toilet paper.
For the price of the property, I expected the above items to be provided and I was also surprised to see broken window shades, leaky stained ceilings, rotted wood trim inside and out, remote with a broken back piece, cheap wooden/ wicker furniture.
