"We took the airport shuttle the information about taking the shuttle was not available. To take the shuttle you need to take another shuttle first to where the hotel shuttles pick up. It was supposed to come every 30 minutes we waited over an hour and no one answered the phone at the hotel one of the other hotels had offered to take us just as our shuttle finally arrived "

"The staff were extremely nice. The rooms were decent. Showers and hot water was amazing! Parking was/is $27 a night, its not valet and there was no parking spaces. "

"Wrong room was reserved. Staff sent up a rollaway with 12 pillowcases. No toilet paper in bathroom. The breakfast room was crowded with people, taking an abundance of items each "
