8/10 Good
"Cabins are awesome, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shared kitchen; it's very dingey, the hot plates and toasters barely work, and the cleanliness is an afterthought. Improving the kitchen area would turn this place around instantly."

Stay Golden - Harnett House

Stay Golden - Harnett House

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay! The location is really exceptional, with incredible access to hiking, boating, and everything this beautiful region has to offer.Robin was a terrific host and excellent communicator. I was especially grateful that he took my phone call just before our visit and helped allay my concerns about wildfire smoke. Despite the terrible fires in BC this August, we experienced only a small amount of smoke on a couple of days, and it didn’t deter us from hiking and enjoying the region. The cabin is a little tight for a party of 10, particularly because one of the two bathrooms is attached to a bedroom, but I wouldn’t let that stop a larger group from staying here. Breakfast on the deck, listening to wolves howl in the distance, and the incredible views from both the deck and hot tub made this a truly memorable place to stay."

Off-Grid WoodLog Cabin

Off-Grid WoodLog Cabin

8/10 Good
"This was a good stay and our dogs enjoyed themselves. A little on the more expensive side compared to other cabins we have stayed with less freedom for our dogs and a few things we would have appreciated there being more of. A fence just around the cabin area for dogs to be off leash would have been perfect, and some more lighting. We forgot our camping light at home but thought we would be fine but struggled with only some dim string lights as source of light when the sun was down. There also wasn’t a kettle which we thought that they would have but that’s our bad for not checking. Over all was a good weekend."
