"We did like the fact that our cabin was close to parking #2 . The check in was a bit awkward because there was a note that they were at the camp kitchen . I walked to the camp kitchen and it was full of guests . I had no idea who I needed to check in with . I walked up to the crowd gathered around the fire pit and asked if there was someone in charge . No response they just kept talking like I wasn’t there .. I did finally ask another by the grill and he was .
The cottage had an everything we needed . We brought food and snacks and drinks so we were grateful for the fridge, microwave , electric kettle , and even the toaster. Excellent
However the mosquitoes were horrible .we covered ourselves with off and still got bit . A quick walk to our cabin and quickly closed the door and we were safe from bites . The cabin even had a handy bug zapper to use Incase some got in . .
For our reason on staying there was convenient to Kootenay ,Banff, lake Louise, Jasper , Glacier , and Golden ( ya gotta go see boo the bear ) , great scenery at pull offs and Banff was great for dinning and shopping . About an 1-1/2 hr drive . Not bad to save from the more expensive hotels . .we had a great time and will have the memories to share with family . "

"I am glad we chose this house to stay while in Banff area. Paul is helpful and responsive. The house is spacious, well stocked. Kitchen has everything we need. The hot tub has great view of the mountain. We enjoyed the tub while watching sunset. Grocery stores are just down the hill. The washing machine broke down during our stay but laundromat is right next to IGA and we had no problem washing our clothes. Fun fact: there is a grizzly bear named Boo that lives in the hills of Kicking Horse mountain. We didnt know until we left but you should check him out if you can. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is in a perfect location for exploring the surrounding national parks. Yoho, Glacier, and Kootenay are each about an hour's drive away.The town of Golden is quite charming with 2 grocery stores, a liquor store, several restaurants, and a fabulous bakery called Ethos. We enjoyed hikes in each of the national parks, our 2 favorites being Emerald Basin, off of Emerald Lake in Yoho, and Stanley Glacier in Kootenay. There is a great restaurant in the town of Field called The Truffle Pig. Don't miss it if you are visiting Yoho. The house is very well stocked, quite spacious, and the ever changing views of the mountains are beautiful. There is so much to see and do, we wish we could have stayed longer than 7 days."
"We have had a wonderful stay in this property. The house is beautiful and lovely and warm. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could need. The communication with the host was easy. We didn't use the hot tub because there was an abundance of mosquitoes directly outside the properly (there's nothing the property can do about this but it should be noted for future visitors). The area is lovely and we were even fortunate to see a family of bears on the road up to the house. We would definitely recommend and would visit again. "

"Amazing spacious property that has fantastic views of the mountains. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Owner easy to work with and there is an extremely helpful caretaker on site in case you need anything. Easy access to town, Yoho National Park and Western Banff, Lake Louise. We had a perfect stay. Don’t hesitate to reserve it as it most likely books up fast. "

"The chalet is in a quiet area with a lovely view of Kicking Horse area and surrounding mountains. It was easy to find and easy driving distance to Golden and Banff. The beds are comfortable, hot tub, steam shower were perks after long days of travel. The chalet was very clean and comfortable for our family. Gabriel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely week there, relaxing, enjoying family dinner and game nights, even roasted marshmallows and had s'mores on the deck by the kitchen. We easily could have stayed another week!"

"Great property to spend time with family. We had a mix of super wet and sunny weather. The property is great for when you all are inside. The kids setup a ping pong tournament that last our stay, we played board games each night. It’s a quick walk to access all services at the resort. "
