“The room was great. We stayed in 1A. Clean and spacious. Just needs a mirror in the room so you dont have to stand with bathroom door open when drying hair. Breakfast was yummy. Plenty of continental to choose from. Staff very courteous and professional. ”

However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations.
