“Our family of 3 was travelling for our son's sports team and we joined late - we were unable to stay with the team but happened to find this gem and loved it! I cannot tell you how clean everything was - room, things in the room (remotes, light switches, carpet)....The hotel seemed a little outdated and I can honestly say, it was one of the most clean hotels we've every had the pleasure of staying at! Kim at the front desk was awesome! So kind and efficient - we were on our way to our room in……

“We did not even stay here. The minute we walked in the lobby has the staff behind bullet proof glass. Turned us off immediately, we left. Did not feel safe when obviously the staff doesn't. Requested a refund and got denied. Do not recommend at all .”

“The Abbey is a staple in the heart of Fontana. The location is what sells this resort. I’d like to add that the room is spacious and comfortable. But why does the bathroom do not have an exhaust? The A/C was at the lowest, but the humidity in the room was overwhelming. The Waterfront restaurant has awful service and more awful food selection and taste. I’d continue coming back but keeping the restaurant out of arms length.”

“When he first pulled in the resort is so big and the entrance is beautiful I was stunned at how many buildings and how much land was this resort had. Checking in was very easy and the staff are also so friendly. I would definitely come back here again. I would just definitely bring bug spray next time. The pool is very nice and they have pool service for the restaurant so you can spend all day at the pool. Overall, I would say that this resort was a 10 out of 10 experience.”
