“Location on main road which is convenient for walking to shops and park directly across road but not very relaxing due to traffic noise. Checked in and had to vacuum the floors and mop before we could go to bed as the floors were really dirty and sandy. The mattress protector on the bed in the second bed was falling apart and needed to be binned, no spare available. Had to then vacuum the mattress as it was covered in sand. Cob webs everywhere outside and had to spray for spiders on the gate so……
