There is a small area of grass, a patio with table and chairs, bbq and fire pit! It comes fully equipped with everything a kitchen consists of, a full bathroom, California King size bed, table that converts to a bed, AC, Heat, Hot water and centrally located in the heart of BEND!! This part of town is home to Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint, atop an extinct volcano with mountain trails and sweeping vistas of distant peaks. Midtown is centrally located and close to everything! Easy access to hy 97, downtown, the river, parks, many lakes and eateries. Downtown is rideable and walkable with being just 1.5 miles away. The river is even closer. Midtown Yacht Club is a lively Food Truck Lot with lots of beers on tab and delicious food. Mount Bachelor is a 35 min drive. Mountain biking Phils Trailhead is 5.7 miles.
