"Clean room. Felt safe. I didn’t eat breakfast or use any amenities, but I was there for Hot Springs National Park and appreciated how close it was without being downtown. I’m sure if there was a race occurring, it would be more crowded."

"The 4:00 AM breakfast is a big plus. The room was nice with very comfortable beds, but there was no microwave and mini fridge. The room we had (218) was located right above the large AC unit outside that was on and off all night, and made sleep difficult. If you stay, get one of the odd numbered rooms on the second floor. Overall, we would stay there again."

"Clean rooms, helpful and kind staff. Great location to Ron Coleman mine. Request room on south side of the building due to water treatment plant noise on north side. Otherwise great stay!"

"As a solo female traveler with a dog, I found this hotel very clean and safe. I also really appreciate how close it was to a really cool park (Clinton park & bridge) about a 3 min drive, great if you’re traveling with pets. I would stay here again."

"Clean room, comfortable beds, Bridget was friendly and very helpful at check in and was able to get adjoining rooms for my daughter and I. There were no handicap accessible double queens available, but I managed 1 night. Grab bars in the bathroom would have been a tremendous help. Breakfast was decent."

"Great hotel and room. Only complaint was trying to arrange the free shuttle pickup. I tried emailing twice to different contact information and the shuttle was not at the airport so had to call when I was already waiting thus waited an additional 20-25 minutes."
