“The TV channels did not include the major networks NBC, CBS, ABC. Therefore, I could not watch the New York Knicks win the NBA title, which was very important to me. I had to sit in my car and listen to it on the radio. The bath towels were the thinnest, smallest, cheapest I've ever experienced in a motel or hotel. Sundance and the Black Hills area are known for severe weather. When severe weather occurs it's the local TV stations of the major networks, NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, that provide people……

“People were friendly, motel is clean,a little dated. My biggest problems were the bed was old with very little support. I have a bad back and was in pain all night so barely slept. Also, breakfast isn't ready until 8am, so I wasn't able to make use of it since I had to be on the road by 7am”

“This was a clean, well maintained place to stay. It had the feel of the country in the middle of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. When they saw me struggling up the stairs with my suitcase the owner stopped to help me. In the morning as I was struggling down the stairs the housekeeper offered to help me! Comfortable and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again.”

“Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this place sucks, to put it plainly. It’s loud, the rooms are outdated, our toilet doesn’t flush properly, the bed is like a 4/10. The sheets and pillows are like a dust crusty ones, you’d find in your Grandma’s linen closet. The rooms are air conditioned but the rest of the building is not. If you are disabled or have trouble with stairs, this isn’t the place for you, there isn’t an elevator. It’s not walkable to anything but within 10 minutes to……

“This place was clean and staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. The Pizza was wonderfull. Our room overlooked the back where there is a creek such a beautiful view. We had to cut our stay short and they had no problem refunding us for the nights we didn't use. Definently recomend and will stay again.”
