“We chose the hotel because it advertised as “pet friendly” The fee was $50 while other hotels rarely charge over $25. There was no ice on first floor, grounds were not kept up, elevator was filthy, staff refused to budge on pet fee, but our room itself was clean and cool.”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”

This causes backup with people waiting in line. There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer. They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work. For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham.
