“The room across the hall from us was condemned. I understand the remodeling contributes to the mess but cigarette stains in the tub and stains on the couch has nothing to do with the remodeling. The only thing we could appreciate was that the air conditioning worked.”

“The room smelled of smoke which we were not expecting. Looks like our room was a work in progress. Looked like a new tub. Bathroom door could use replacement but it closed all the way.”

“We were pleasantly surprised that the rooms, lobby and hallways had been recently renovated. The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive to our needs, and the service was fast. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and staff were prompt with cleaning tables, restocking food and emptying the trash. There are 2 restaurant/bars on-site, which we found very welcome, and convenient. The pool and whirlpool were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.”

“Our room was clean. Dripping facet in tub. Toilet seat not secure, moves around. Ceiling of shower looked like black mold was trying to grow there. Big modern bathroom mirror is stupid, not bright or close enough to be useful. Pool area looks like a warehouse with lots of big boxes stacked around. Pool looked dirty, and had one of its underwater lights sitting on the floor beside the pool, still wired. OSHA nightmare! Hot tub was dirty and stinky. Had my 14 year old grandson with, hoping to……
