"Hotel clean. Not as disabled friendly as we thought. But we managed. And staff did offer to move our room. Staff amazing. Especially hazel from the breakfast room. Entertainment staff brilliant. And bar staff very helpful. Fantastic price. "

"First glance at the hotel was a disappointment not what the pictures showed on Expedia looks run down. Was only staying for 1 night. Check in was fine nice and quick. Hall ways looked dirty like they hadn’t been hoovered in a week or so. Found a used tea bag on the window sill. The room was terrible stains on the carpets. Wall paper was peeling from the walls, damp in the room, holes in the bathroom walls. Asked to change rooms got to say staff members really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the different room was in a similar condition. And the hall way stunk of weed been smoked. Told the reception and nothing was done about it. Didn’t use much of the facility’s as I just wanted to get checked out and leave. Really not worth £176 a night"

"On arrival I had ordered some drinks to room which didn’t appear until after 3pm and were ordered for 1pm. The room was on the third floor and I asked for a lower level because me and my wife are both disabled. When I checked in the guy behind reception only took the money for our extras and not the room. The room was terrible the telephone and television didn’t work and the sink in the bathroom was blocked. When we woke up Saturday morning there were a letter put under our door saying please could we pay for our room as the receptionist didn’t take it on Friday. I was extremely disappointed as I have stayed there on numerous occasions and never had any issues like this especially putting us on the 3rd floor."

"The rooms are a bit dated but are clean all the staff are great from reception to waiting on staff to bar staff. And the entertainment in the talk of the coast is fantastic."

"Had a great stay . Could not fault the staff the food the entertainment. The only let down for me was the bedrooms very small & need renovated to a better standard . It would not stop me booking again "
