“When making reservations I was VERY specific that I needed shower with handicap access and 2 queen beds with an adjoining room (or very close) to my brother and his wife that also wanted 2 queen beds (as she just had surgery and needed own bed) and NOT one king. The day before our arrival the Manager called to confirm our reservations and review our room needs. Yet, when we checked in their room was down the hall and had the handicap shower and one king bed, my father and I had the 2 queen……

“Front desk staff was terrific. 5 stars. But... the elevator was broken, so we had to carry or luggage down 3 flights. Took 3 trips. The elevator motors must be undersized for the size of the elevator car, and we were told the equipment burned out from being overloaded (meaning more than 2 people at this hotel). The eggs at breakfast were cold, and there is not enough space to eat. There are only about 20 seats at close quarters, not the usual spaciousness we usually see when traveling. I had to……

“Property was nice..clean rooms..good breakfast !!”

“The facility was clean and up to date features. I would not stay there again because two reasons. one, the bathroom vent had a foul smell venting into the room. And two, there is a train that rolls right out the window a couple of times through the night.”
