“Staff was unhelpful and contradictory. The property was not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings. ”

“We checked in just shy of 4 PM on 3/19. Lobby elevator was out so we were told to use the employee elevator. Dirty diaper found in the trash can under the sink. On 3/21 the employee elevator went out so we used the stairs for the rest of the stay. we had room 310.”

“Upon arrival I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the floor through the dark. I went back up to the front desk and the clerk tried passing it off like that’s normal in Florida. It’s not. I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. The clerk was nice a gave me a new room after I told him about Bed the cockroach. Also, there was some white substance on the counter. Idk what it was but these two things……
