"Parking lot entrance was a little confusing but overall location was good. Lots of food and grocery options in the area. That was very friendly and efficient, a very pleasant overall experience."
A Place in the woods........

"This property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was pretty amazing, with a large commercial stove and it was stocked with every appliance, pan, bowl and utensil you might need. The large dining area was especially appreciated since it allowed our entire family of almost 30 to eat together or just sit and get reacquainted. The kids loved the swing set outside and we spent 2 evenings around the fire pit. Family members enjoyed a nearby golf course, fishing on Mille Lacs Lake, hiking in Kathio State Park and visiting the Mille Lacs Indian Museum. We've had family reunion every summer for years and found this property as enjoyable as any we have visited. We all give Mille Lacs Lodge a big thumbs up."

"The beds were comfortable. The fire alarms malfunctioned during the night, going off several times. The problem was fixed soon enough that we could still get some sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The room was extremely humid. So everything was damp. The breakfast needed some major help. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage links looked like turds. They were tasteless and tough."

"Clean and beautiful place in and out. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Great, decent size, and scenic lake. Highly recommended renting the pontoon. Having 3 bathrooms is a big plus. Truly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful time at Cove Chalet. The house was clean and spacious. Everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The yard was great for games such as soccer. Everyone loved the sports court. We had a few pickleball tournaments. We were able to use the lake for swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. There was great communication with the hosts. Again.. hag a great time"

"We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room for all of us. The 2 refrigerators were great to have. The many rooms and bathrooms made the stay so enjoyable for us all. The fishing was good as well- once we found some of the hot spots. It was a fantastic lake for tubing and we all enjoyed hanging out by the sandbar relaxing. We enjoyed the trip so much we have already booked for next year. We are looking forward to returning and sitting out on the deck and patio relaxing and heading out to the lake for fishing and fun."

"This was our second time staying here. Host is very responsive. The house is clean and spacious with a great game room and dock. We enjoyed the fire pit, fishing, relaxing and watching the eagles. It was pretty weedy by shore in July so we went out further to swim. We had a great time and would stay again."
