“The staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a nice dip in the pool which is close to the rooms.”

There were several visible stains on the sheets, pillowcases and the mattress. When we informed the staff, it was like they're offended! They took us to another room upstairs. The jallway was dirty and stinky as well. The new room was in the exact same conditions. Dirty, dusty, stinky and visible stains all over the bed. We reached out to Expedia and they talked to the……
