“Nice condo in a good location for a ski weekend. A little dated but overall was clean with the exception of floors as they needed to be mopped. Unfortunately the ceilings are pretty thin and this being a downstairs unit, well, you can hear every footstep upstairs. It was pretty bad the fist night with tenants coming in after midnight and staying up until 2am. Just something to be aware of. All in all it was a good rental for the price and location”

“The best thing that I can say about this property is that owners apparently did some DIY improvements. The photos online are enticing but not exactly accurate. Hemlock Nob condominiums are average, old, and has an HOA which Vacasa would not give us any contact info to take care of outside problems or emergencies. I didn’t pick up in the listing that the unit is not equipped with A/C, and was a little concerned initially, but the cool evenings and the convenient window fan for our bedroom was actually quite comfortable. The water heater was removed from the wall and was sitting in the dining area leaking water. There was a dehumidifier that was left on top of the counter with a hose attached to it in the sink.
