“This resort was beautiful and very well ran. We were here in the shoulder season so not many guests. Any issues or request that we had, guest services handled it quickly. There were a couple things that could’ve been better in our unit, number 103. The ceiling fan made a constant ticking noise forcing us to leave it off and we got very hot at night. We tried lowering the thermostat to 55 but the heat still kicked on. We ended up turning the heat completely off and opening the windows; we were on……

“The property was nice, staff were nice, but there was construction on the main outside area / pool area that totally obstructed our ground floor view, would have been nice to have been told so I could have booked elsewhere. Otherwise the place was fine.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Thanks Jeff”

“Room was clean, comfortable, fully equipped and the view was amazing. We always enjoy our stay at the Village!”

“Very good breakfast”

“We loved the location! The space itself was very nice and we had no issues. However I was never received the contact information of the on site staff members or point of contact. We had a few questions when we first arrived and we never received a response or an answer to these questions.”
