“The spa was very nice, the hotel restaurant was terrible,, had to go to the bar to get our second drink. After 2 hours and we still didn’t get our dinner we got up and left! Very under staffed! The website wasn’t that helpful either.”

Also, the staff was very eager to help when our room only had two beds when we had 6 occupants. They kindly comped us a second room across the hall and were super curious while doing so.”

“Overbooked and no where to park. Room was very hot and the air conditioning could not keep up. Guests were drinking in the parking lot and also smoking marijuana. I don’t mind but the smell was in my room and the guests were smoking under my window. I have to small children. We received a noise complaint 2x when my children did nothing wrong. They weren’t crying or yelling. They were walking across the floor. I ended up leaving and I will not be returning as I see this was not handled properly.……

“Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.”

“My room was not properly cleaned. Dusty desk, bedside tables and lamps were all VERY dusty. One lamp did not work at all. Bathroom countertop, sink, and mirror had not been cleaned. The floor in the bathroom area where the toilet and shower are had not been cleaned/mopped. Neither had the shower floor. It looks like someone came in and changed the sheets and trash can liners and that was it. Thank goodness I had my Lysol disinfectant wipes in the car. There was no A/C in the dining room……

“We found the room to be very clean and comfortable for our needs and had the chance to relax in the pool which was also clean and a great temperature. We had an early departure time, 2am, and as we checked out we mentioned the breakfast but that we were leaving to early. The front desk hostess brought us out yogurt, fruit and juice and set up the Belgian waffle batter. Along with coffee, it was wonderful to have something to eat prior to our long drive home. “We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property in Hinton.The surrounding neighborhood was older, but interesting. If you bring a dog and take it walking, beware that there are some big menacing dogs behind some inadequate fencing in the area (not talking about the ones right across the street).We stayed in an upstairs unit. It was so cute, and perfect for a couple. The decor was appealing, it was clean, and had everything you need - cute kitchen with a double hot plate, drip coffee maker,……
