“Everything was nice.we arrived early and wasn't allowed to check in till 4. So don't arrive early. Food was good and the bar was nice.”

“Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.”

Common area for breakfast was clean and the employees are welcoming. Maybe some new luggage carts would be a nice touch. Parking was adequate.”

“The first room was not cleaned and had to change rooms that room the key wouldn’t work so we had to change again and in that room the tv would not work and there was one wash rag pretty bad in the morning went to check out and no one around I walked around looking but no one so I left the card key on the counter and left. Please go somewhere else!!”

“I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning. ”

“We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better.”
