Exceptional
María Trim’s communication was exceptional. The entire boutique inn was absolutely excellent. It was very clean and modern. I loved the upstairs game room and the rooftop with a spectacular view and chairs to relax with a beautiful view. It was, also across the street from the beach and near restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location!
Right down the street from shopping and great food! Take the Monkey Bus for anything else on the Island- it’s free! House was clean and they provided everything we needed. And other guest were nice!

Classy but pricey stay
We spent two days at Playa Esmeralda Boutique Inn. This unique inn was located in an ideal location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This was an attractive, immaculate five room property with a small but appealing pool and spa area, well appointed common areas, and multiple decks, including one on the roof top with ocean and bay views. We were greeted and given a tour of the amenities. Our room was clean, bright, and nicely decorated but quite small with a narrow desk and a large bed and two nightstands. There wasn’t much room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was unusually large with a generously sized shower. There was a lot of storage. We appreciated our private balcony. The inn was quiet - we couldn’t hear the other guests- but the central air system was annoyingly noisy. We weren’t sure why, but our room was not made up the next day although we were told that it would be unless we opted out. I also found it a bit strange that the check out instructions asked us to take out our own trash. Vacation rental or Inn? This was a pricey stay for a perfectly located, classy place with limited services. We are not sure if we would stay again at the same cost but we are aware that Anna Maria Island is an expensive destination in April.

Very comfortable
This property was comfortable and neat. We only stayed for one night, and it was very nice. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. We met another couple on the the roof top deck and visited for a while, other than that we never saw any one else on the property, even though all the rooms were booked during our stay. I would stay again.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful experience at Mark and Maria’s place! They both even checked in with us several times to be sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. It was the perfect place to get away for a few quiet days without kiddos. We will definitely be back to stay again! Clean, comfortable, accommodating, super cute and perfect location!!

Perfect location with short walking distance to the beach, excellent restaurants and shops. Beautiful property, good communication from the owners. The backyard pool area was like our own private oasis! I can’t wait to bring some more friends and go back!

We enjoyed the location and the amenities of the property . room was small but suited the purpose.
It would be a great Place to stay with a large family using the 4 suites and enjoying the house together . Due to Covid it’s not ideal to share the spaces with strangers. But a really nice well kept property !! The acoustics not ideal and that you could hear conversations and movement throughout the house .. the management was amazingly accommodating and trounced immediately with suggestions And requests . Worthwhile stay to explore Bradenton beach area id Anna Maria island and the north end of longboat key.
