Located in the quiet, historic fishing village of Cortez, our home is only a 4 minute drive to amazing Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the conveniences of Bradenton.

A heated pool, large outdoor kitchen with TV, relaxing backyard with fresh water stream & treehouse sunbathing deck to enjoy on those quieter days at home.

We offer self check-in via a private code sent prior to your arrival.
We also have a Ring spotlight camera facing the driveway to provide you with security and peace of mind while staying at our home.

The pool is heated to 76 degrees free of charge. Additional pool heat (up to 84 degrees) is available upon request for $25/day during your stay.
A 24-hour notice is required and heat may not be available if the air temperature drops below 60 degrees.

This property has multiple beautiful aspects from the gorgeous outside landscape, outdoor kitchen, to the tastefully decorated interior. Multiple amenities are available for guest use. The local beaches are beautiful with great places for dining and shopping. I am definitely looking forward to staying in this property in the future.

What a beautiful house & backyard! The pool was incredible. Our family had an amazing stay. Close to AMI, this little slice of heaven was just what we were looking for. Lovely property. 10 minutes from the beach. The family thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Enjoyed many cook outs. Would have benefited from checking google street view to appropriately set expectations for the neighborhood. 25 a day to heat the pool, but worth it given the varying February temperatures.

Relaxing Getaway at 200 Palms – A Peaceful Oasis Near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at 200 Palms in Bradenton, Florida! The three-bedroom home was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located—just a short drive from beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants. The quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat, especially while unwinding by the pool. Communication with Brian was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the freshwater stream around the pool wasn’t working, and we wish there were photos of the unique treehouse and surrounding mango trees, everything else exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet place to stay

200 Palms was a great place to stay with its proximity to the island beaches, excellent places to eat, and other attractions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and secluded feeling of the backyard. Sarasota airport is close by and an easy in/out. Brian was easy to reach and always responded quickly to any questions.

Great place! Had everything we needed.

Really nice place. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Getting to the beach was very easy. We cooked a lot of meals at the house and having two refrigerators was really great.

Lovely stay

This home had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor oasis, so peaceful and private. Super close to the beach and awesome restaurants. We didnt cook because of the wide array of seafood restaurants within a 2 mile radius. I will totally recommend this special place!

Family fun

We absouletly loved this property, the backyard is a tropical oasis! We picked so many mangos, played with the lizards, grilled nightly and swam morning to night. The beach is so close and they provide chairs, towels, bikes etc! We would love to go back!!
