A very nice hotel! It was above and beyond what we could have ever expected. When we got there and checked in, the staff had even asked us what floor we wanted to stay on. We came to give the kids a fun night of swimming on the pool and we weren't disappointed. The pool was warm and the kids had a great time. One of the hotel staff even came into the pool area to let us know that she had just put some fresh baked cookies in the lobby. 10/10 for service and cleanliness. Breakfast in the morning had many choices and was well staffed. No complaints.

Service is fast, friendly and above expectations. A very beautiful hotel and very well maintained. The staff was beyond helpful assisting with any type of question related to on-site or in-town items. Highly recommended.

Very nice experience staying at this property. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy. The next morning Chris made breakfast for me and we had a good chat. Chris also made French toast and packed it with grapes for my little daughter when we left. Thank you for the wonderful memory. We will be back soon.

Great stay every time

Excellent and clean hotel. Breakfast was great and had a variety each morning, check in staff was awesome, housekeeping was awesome, and everyone was friendly. The filtered water was especially nice.

I was very sick upon arrival and the clerk checking us in found me a room, so I could go to bed. Thx you, I ended up having Emergency Surgery but she made my day so much better

Check-in was very easy. The desk clerk was polite and offered us a booklet about local shops and tourist sites. The room was larger than we expected with two nicely padded recliner chairs and very clean. Housekeeping had left a note welcoming us. Their towels were very thick and soft. the breakfast buffet had the usual selections of hot and cold items. There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Checking in was easy—you get the physical key from a lockbox using a 4-digit code. The place was pristinely clean. The lake view was beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the chairs right by the door, or from inside. My wife and I used the kayaks to explore Fox Lake, and it was a lot of fun. Wonderful establishment with wonderful employees

The only problem was that it was a two story hotel that DID NOT have an elevator. I had a shoulder surgery in January that didn’t allow me to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. (Please make note of lack of elevators in listings. ). Front Desk staff found another room for me on the first floor without a problem!

Great experience glad we have this hotel in town just what we needed.
