“I had a good stay at this hotel. They had renovations going on which disrupted some of the accommodations. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I would stay at this hotel again.”

“1st room, we had no air. 2nd room only had full beds, not enough towels but the 1 we had was dirty, facing you! Do not recommend. It's a $45 room with a $150 price tag”

“Very sketchy looking place”

“You walk into a smell that I can’t describe other than cat pee. The walk to the room was looking at dirty carpet, stains all over, and just a bad smell. Never seen any house keepers out and about to ask for supplies. Bed was VERY uncomfortable felt like springs wanted to pop through. Bed not connected sat on the end and it tipped forward. When I came to check in the guy at front didn’t greet me, he stayed counting a drawer talking to hisself and when I said hello after standing there 3 mins he……

“It was a place to stay, staff unfriendly and as a handicapped person there was no ADA grab handles in tud almost twice getting in and out and toilet was so low I couldn't get up, there was only two towels in the room for 3 people you had to put your shoulder against the door to open it and it stuck trying to shut it”

“Excellent hotel!! Beautiful, clean, and helpful employees. Only complaint, breakfast was not very appetizing. But lots of options. Hot food a no go. Have some cereal and a bagel you'll be fine. Overall Great stay would definitely go back!”

“Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.”
