"Our stay started with a guided tour by Brian. Brian is a wonderful host. He periodically texted me to see if there was anything we needed. The mansion is beautiful with lots of space. Having 8 bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our family. It was only a block to the beach which made it so easy for any family to enjoy whenever they wanted to. The roof top deck was one of our favorite spots. The long kitchen island turned out to be another favorite for gathering family and making plans for the day and catching up at night. The many small balconies gave an opportunity for some personal time. Brigantine is a lovely town. It does have a quiet time restriction for rentals between 10 pm and 9 am. This really didn't effect our visit. We still walked to the beach at 6 am to watch the sunrise a couple times. Again, Brian is a very thoughtful and considerate host. You will definitely enjoy your stay here."

"I like staying at this hotel when I visit Atlantic City vicinity. I like that it is a bloc away from the beach and you can walk in the area,safe and the hotel is very nice! "

"Perfect Family-Friendly Beach Getaway!We had a fantastic stay at this Brigantine beach rental! The house was clean, and very well-maintained, which made settling in a breeze. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the beach on a quiet curl-de-sac. It was perfect spot, had plenty of space, and a very welcoming family-friendly vibe. One of the best parts was that all the beach supplies were provided—towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, bikes, and even a XL beach cart so we didn’t have to worry about packing any extra unnecessary gear. Highly recommend! "

"Check in with smooth and easy. The house is beautiful. We loved the decks. We had plenty of room for my family of 16 to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone had a good time kitchen fantastic lots of equipment housekeeping did a lovely job. The house was fresh and clean when we got there. Great location close to the beach and within easy walking distance of some good ice cream"
