Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination
8/10 Good
"For two days before our arrival, I tried calling the front desk but could never reach anyone. The hotel’s automated AI phone system kept crashing whenever I made a selection, making it practically impossible to get assistance. Check-in was quick and easy. However, despite knowing our departure date, no one warned us before or at check-in that the Atlantic City marathon on Sunday morning would prevent us from retrieving our car and leaving as planned. When we went downstairs and requested our car from valet, we were simply told they would not bring it until the marathon was over. Guests should receive advance notice of any restrictions affecting access to their vehicles so they can plan accordingly. Finding this out only when you are ready to leave is unacceptable. Our room on the 25th floor was clean, but it had a noticeable musty smell. The next morning we called the front desk to have fresh towels and been told “right away” we did get them at 8pm after calling a few more times. The smooth check-in and clean room were positives, but the lack of communication, frustrating phone system, and inability to retrieve our car made this a disappointing stay."

"A lot of parking great staff the best air-conditioning ever the room was very clean clean sheets, clean pillows. The bathroom was also clean. Only problem was that the shower was a little small. Other than that. My stay was amazing. I’m most definitely booking again."

Superlodge Atlantic City Absecon
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the property. Clean and quiet. Only issue we had was the sink drain was really slow and could use an extra pillow. Besides that..perfect stay. Price is amazing as well. You get way more than what you pay for!!"
Quality Inn Galloway - Atlantic City North
8/10 Good
"One night stay for local event room was basic but clean. The hotel was safe and quiet. We stayed at the Claridge 2 weeks earlier and paid 3 times the money for a dirty dark room. This is a simple family run property, so if you just need a clean quiet room this works."
