“極佳的地點，走路即可逛附近的商店街，餐廳酒吧！也能到河濱公園戲水。開車5min有HEB超市。老闆夫妻人很熱心友善，早餐超級豐盛！房間衛浴皆很大，WIFI 收訊佳！戶外小客廳讓早起的我們有個悠閒的時光。推薦！ ”

“We were amazed at the size of our room, we had two fireplaces on a little kitchenette along with a very lovely bedroom and a nice bathroom. Location and neighborhood are lovely. A couple things keep it from being perfect. This is our second time staying with them and the hot option on the breakfast hasn't been great either time ( although the coffee is great). The TV did seem to have a mind of its own and stopped working in the middle of our movie, and the fridge in the room didn't work all……

“This was a great place for our group to stay while in Austin for my daughters wedding. Lots of space and very convenient to the wedding venue (Springdale Station). There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, and several beds missing top sheet. Plenty of towels provided but hardly any wash cloths. Owner was great answering questions and always responded quickly. ”

“This is a very quiet and relaxing property. The rooms have all the small touches that make it a very comfortable stay. The hot breakfast is very good and nice to enjoy on the patio.”
