It’s very difficult to find a place that has enough bedrooms for four couples that is approachable and affordable.The host was very responsive when I had questions and had to quickly set up an early check-in due to friends, arriving in the city earlier than expected. The wifi and tech worked well. The A/C was amazingly cool, and we were there during a major heat wave. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, both day and night. The view of the river was lovely, and there were hardly any bugs, even outside at night with the pretty lights on. Beds were comfy. Communications with the host……

“Urban Farmhouse is a treasure! Beautiful and comfortable. It felt like home away from home.The host provided lots of little extras such as shampoo , coffee and snacks.He was very flexible and responsive to my questions.”

“We had a group of friends stay at this property and overall really enjoyed the relaxation of the large pool, the availability of the boat dock, and the spaciousness of the house. Great time!”

“My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and the house was just as described. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from steamers to cleaning supplies, washer and dryer extra blankets you name it they had it. The designated parking space was very convenient and the area felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to issues and also text to check on us as well. ”
