Amazing Space in the Poconos - The Perfect Getaway Gift This Holiday Season

Escape to the woods of the Poconos, where wildlife and serenity surrounds you.
Cozy Retreat w/king size bed & wifi. Perfect getaway for couples or small families--
Must be 25 years or older to rent. No pets, no exceptions*

We provide Wifi for our guests; Roku TV
The community outdoor pool is open June through Labor Day, 7 days a week. The community indoor pool is open the weekend after Labor Day. Check with us for times and availability.

Our home comes furnished to sleep 5, 1 king size, 1 queen, and 1 twin murphy bed. One full bath with main entrance and can also enter from master bedroom, detachable shower head and cabinet with soft close drawers and some toiletry items.

Just bring the food! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, griddle, blender, a kitchen island, pantry items, and washer/dryer. There is a propane heated fireplace, (Oct-May), a ceiling fan and skylight in the living room.

We provide Roku TV, so if you have a fire stick or any other streaming device/service, please bring it. Excellent WI-FI service is available, and we do get great phone reception with most carriers. Towels, pillows, blankets & linens provided.

Outside: deck off kitchen, backyard with fire pit, picnic table & propane grill. Deer wander onto the property daily, so get your cameras ready. They will pose for you, but please don't feed them.

We recently added 2 exterior cameras to monitor compliance with our house rules. One is located in the driveway, the other faces the deck. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you book for 2 guests and add people to the agreement after booking, please know for each extra person listed, it is $10 per person, per day to stay. You will be charged the excess amount that will need to be paid prior to your arrival. Our maximum is 5 guests, no exceptions*

ALSO NOTE: Absolutely no charging of electric cars at our home*

*Automatic forfeit of entire security deposit if found, otherwise.
The community requires a copy of your driver's license ID along with a signed Agreement, (see attached doc), prior to your arrival. Please fill out and send to us.

Become one with nature in this serene, rustic setting. This charming 800 sq. ft. ranch home is the perfect cozy getaway, located on a wooded lot in a private community with all its amenities.

When staying, you have full access to all amenities within the community:
SEPT.-DEC./LATE APRIL-MID JUNE: Indoor pool is open, with sauna & steam room. Limited hours on weekends only. Please inquire.
MID JUNE - LABOR DAY WEEKEND: Enjoy the community outdoor swimming pool and hot tub area, open daily. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.
YEAR ROUND: Our community also offers a beach/lake area with pavilion, (bring your non-motor boat), tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground, and game room.
WINTER MONTHS: We're only about 15 minutes to Shawnee for the ski season. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room is open Sat. & Sun. from 12pm-4pm in the Clubhouse for our guests.

Great place for summer Pocono weekend!

This house was so cozy and comfortable! It was out-of-way, yet still close to activities and sites (Bushkill Falls is one of our favorites). And the owners leave a handbook with everything you need to know, including dining out suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!

Cozy husband/wife weekend getaway

Excellent proximity to activities (food, hikes, shopping). The included amenities were excellent (lake, beach). Gorgeous views and amazing up close views of wildlife. Overall 10/10 would definitely do again and would definitely recommend.

This homeowner is one of the best owners i’ve worked with and i’ve been renting for almost 4 years now. So kind and caring about your stay making sure you are the upmost comfortable at all times. Pocono Mini Vacation

Peaceful and relaxing

We loved the property and did not want to leave! The area that it is in was beautiful and we saw a family of deer freely walking through the woods. We did not cook but there was more than enough cookware if you plan on making a big dinner! My only complaint was bugs outside but given the location, it can't be helped so I'd recommend a citronella candle. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect get away

This was way pass my expectations everything was beyond great and I can’t wait to go back I have officially found myself a get away. Everything was as advertised hands down. Perfect in the Poconos

If you are looking for a quiet, cozy retreat in the Poconos, this is it! The house was perfect for our needs, and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. Nature and wildlife are plentiful, and the peacefulness was welcoming. We visited Bushkill Falls (a short distance away) and found charming restaurants nearby. Thank you, Lisa, for providing such a delightful retreat. Memories of time spent with our granddaughter were made that will be forever cherished!

Mother-Daughter Weekend

The house was perfect for my daughter and me. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard and fire pit because it rained the whole time, but it looked nice. Lisa was very easy to contact when I had a question.

Very Enjoyable

We had a very pleasant experience at this property. Lisa had all of the things we needed in the kitchen. There were plenty towels and toiletries. My wife especially loved seeing the deer that came up to the yard in our cabin. We will consider another visit in the future.

House had bad mildew odor, septic odor in the bathroom, and shower water was rusty at times. ac unit in bedroom was old, close to the bed and to loud. The pool was great!

I didn’t want to go home!

We had a wonderful time. This cozy house was the best home base we could have asked for as we explored the Poconos. It was everything we needed and more. Loved the yard! Watching deer roam around, while making s’mores in the fire pit....does it get any better than that? We were concerned about the lack of central a/c, but even on unseasonably warm days, the two room units made it very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Just What I Needed

This place was quiet and peaceful. I had intended to do some outdoor activities while I was there, but it rained. Not a problem, comfy couch, good streaming. I appreciated the lock code generation. Smart. Lots of spices and condiments stocked.
