“We had a wonderful tonight’s day in Kentucky when we went to see the arc encounter. It was a lovely place to stay in perfect for the three of us. We had quick communication with the host and no problems. Highly recommend staying here.”

“It was a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a charming small town main street. The space was clean and comfortable for 2-3 people. Suggestions: Supply coffee pods or let guests know they need to bring with them. More seating for those with 3-4 people. Directions for operating the TV remote. A few more towels. ”

“While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.”

“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be……

“Had some issues with water. Figured it out and let them know (fridge issue, very responsive by owners). There were only 4 towels for 4 people. Light was burnt out in one of the bedrooms. No ironing board but they did have an ironing matt delivered, we brought our own iron. The hot water was disconnect to the sink, my husband turned that on so we could wash dishes we used. Could use a little cleaning. Would stay again if needed. Location was great for our visit to the area. ”

“Host was great, communication was excellent. Property was comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely want to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the patio and do more walking and exploring the area.”
