“The property was clean, newly built and updated nicely. The hotel seemed to look like the nicest and newest in a block of a few hotels right next to each other.
Our room was clean, nice, comfy beds, and spacious. The kitchen in the suite was helpful. There was plenty of outlets and counter space to set all our stuff on in our room.

“They were fast getting a little problem fixed quickly. The staff was cordial .And if in that area again would chose this location to stay. Very close to the Ark Encounter and gas station across the street. To me, that made it easy and not having to do excess driving. Had no issues with parking and they were nice to accommodate me due to some issues in health and we were able to get a low level room. Breakfast was good.”

“Fire alarm went off at 11pm, staff had no control of this but it was an eventful night, keeping our 4 month old up the remainder of the night, also we had gotten bed bugs from the location, woke up with little red dots all over us. Waiting for a call back from the manager in the morning.”

“The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly.”
