“We stayed just one night, just to sleep. Check-in was fast and courteous. Parking was easy. Room was clean. Comfy beds. Quiet and slept well. I would stay again. One of the two beds was very close to the AC unit, that might disturb some.”

“We originally stayed in room 205 and after enjoying the room for a night we woke up to ants crawling all around our room. They were all over the floor from the bathroom to the coffee machine and the counter tops. When I called the front desk, they said they have had a problem with ants in the past and with a few other guests so they moved us rooms. We were then moved to room 229 and though the room was nice and clean, our upstairs neighbors were very loud. For over an hour it sounded like they……

“I booked a suite with 3 adults and 1 child. There was only 3 towels in the room. I went down to ask for one more towel and was told by the staff I needed to bring a dirty towel to get another. Just ridiculous!”

“Rooms weren't that great but they SEEMED to be clean. A few days later, after being at home, itchy bed bug bites started popping up all over our bodies. Talk about disgusting! Went to doctor and sure enough we were bitten by numerous bed bugs.”

“整體來講不是很愉快，過去酒店前已經在網上支付預計了。來以為过去登記入住就好，哪知道酒店兩個前台服務見我是游客英語又不好，員竟然又要我交房費。我還以爲是交的押金所以就把信用卡給她们支付了。后來才知道是收我的房費。太坑人了，這是我来美國入住那么多酒店最不開心的一次”

“Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof”
