I really enjoyed my two-night stay — the room itself was great and I was super happy with it. The only thing I noticed was that no one came in to tidy up during my stay. I was out all day both nights and came back to the room expecting it might be refreshed, but it wasn’t. Not sure if it was just due to staffing or how busy it was during Stampede weekend, but that was the only thing that stood out. Luckily it was just me, so I had enough towels and could’ve called if I needed more — it wasn’t a big deal, just something I expected.
Also, I loved the free breakfast — it was actually really good. But I honestly felt kind of uncomfortable while I was eating. It just felt like staff were hovering or keeping watch, and it threw off the vibe. There were a few standing in the corners or just kind of placed around the room like security, and it made it hard to actually relax and enjoy my food. I get they’re probably just doing their job, but it did feel a bit much.
