“I didn’t give a 5 because although everything was so nice, there was a mandatory power outage from 11 pm to approximately 7:00 am. This put a bit of a damper on the continental breakfast and of course it was a very dark room. We were given a nice little flashlight to help us. Very much appreciated. Room smelled fresh and it was clean. Beds were great. Front desk personnel was super nice, too.”

“We were there for my daughters wedding. We had 10 people staying in 5 rooms and everyone agreed this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The handicap room was very spacious allowing for ease in wheelchair manuevering. I appreciated how close the room was to the elevayor as I cannot not walk very far. Walk in shower had a sturdy built in pull out chair and both a hand held shower nozzle and an overhead shower nozzle. Helpful and friendly staff and Kelly was outstanding. The……

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is at the good location with easy parking. The hotel needs some serious updates, The rooms are very small with older carpet. The windows were shut, so there was no airflow.”

“This hotel was disgusting and the room was so heavily smoked in I had to leave immediately. Not to mention there was a huge hole almost 4' in diameter in the wall not fully repaired amongst other things damaged in the room. Tried to get a different room but conveniently they were "sold out". So essentially I paid for 2 nights here to walk into the room for 5 minutes and have to leave. No refund from hotel manager or help in any way and ended up staying at the MyPlace up the road. Do not stay……

Having grown up in the area, we refuse to pay a lot of money to stay in Monaca/Center Township, PA. We pulled in and two huge men (workers) were hanging out in the main entrance.
