As we stood in the freezing cold trying to get into the building, I had to call CozySuites to get access AFTER I paid the deposit (which is usually collected at my arrival). However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. While a contact number was provided, it took two full days—after we had already checked out—to receive a response. That’s not just inconvenient; it makes it impossible to resolve even……
