“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy. “Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”

“Very close to RR Airport about 20m drive thus you could hear airplane noise frequently during daytime. While it’s much less at night to barely hear them. The studio room is very spacious with modern deco and nice amenities (love the coffee). Staff are very friendly and always ready to help with big smiles, especially doorman who helped us with luggage when we left.  Major problem is the noise, not to mention ambulances (super loud when they come, but also better during night time), biggest bug……

“The location is very close to the downtown just around 10 minutes drive. The owner is nice to communicate and able to fix issues quickly. The only issue was much noise from upstairs guests at the first midnight and owner helped resolved the issue quickly.”
