“This is very quiet secluded location located about 1 mile in on a dirt road that really is not near anything. If you're looking for peaceful get away from everyone and everything location this is exactly right for you. The restaurant has a great view overlooking the lake but unfortunately the staff notified me that the lake is owned entirely by the electric generating company and that you're not allowed to use the lake in any way shape or form. The staff was very helpful and most of……

“Cool location. Beautiful grounds. Lovely Dog. A bit hard to find.”

“Would highly recommend this place. The owners just couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The cabins are bright, comfortable, and clean. The location is convenient to the Mirador de Ujarras and the Ruinas de Ujarras as well as multiple good restaurants. The citrus trees on the grounds attract lots of interesting birds. We saw at least 35 species from our porch. Hanging out with their adorable, super friendly Doberman was a big bonus for us.”

“Excelente. Mucha paz. Muy hermoso lugar. Definitivamente volveríamos. ”

“My husband and I have stayed in many properties in Costa Rica. It was not only beautiful but well appointed. Coffee, sugar, honey, oil and tea etc were available. We've brought breakfast to cook before but found the kitchens lacking. Now we wish we brought eggs etc. This place is on our list for a repeat.”

“Excelente lugar!

“The front desk did not have our reservation and we waited outside a locked gate in a rainstorm for about 10 min. The reception was not warm. We felt like an inconvenience. Even though they have a restaurant it was closed until breakfast. They offered to drive us to town (far away) for dinner. They did not have enough seats in the vehicle for our group so we stayed in and skipped dinner. I think for young locals it’s a great place for family with thermal pools, lake, river and nature. For older……
